Website Manager for Explosively Growing Apparel

The Website Manager will implement The Woke Brand social media content across multiple digital platforms and will be expected to drive business objectives and opportunities across all channels. This individual will advise on social media marketing trends and execute social content distribution. The ideal candidate should be a visual storyteller with strong communication and writing skills. The right applicant will adhere to and maintain regular and punctual attendance, safety, and quality standards and follow standard processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. This person will be flexible while working in an ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail, possess the ability to quickly prioritize tasks, collaborate, multi-task, and enjoy learning new things, with a commitment to delighting our customers. Having a creative mind is a plus and you must have reliable transportation.  This position will report directly to the Design Manager & company CEO. Essential Functions:
  • Sale, Suggestive Sales, and Up Sale to customers; Reach and Exceed sales benchmarks weekly

  • Fashion orientated enough to make appropriate up to date suggestions to customers and online options

  • Add creative options online to increase custom experiences for online shoppers

  • Accept and engage with EXCLUSIVES and current online members

  • Be knowledgeable about designers capabilities to offer all available options to customers

  • Implement social media strategies and best practices across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.) and manage the budget for a sponsored post

  • Create a weekly email blast for exclusive customers highlighting upcoming sales, events, and current Woke Brand news

  • Create stories and manage daily image selection and postings to optimize engagement and increase followers

  • Engage daily with potential customers on social media by responding to comments, messenger, and emails during regular mall business hours.

  • Grow online supporter base and traffic. Set goals with manager around engagement and conversion

  • Leverage The Woke Brand calendar to build strategies for social media campaigns

  • Seek out key influencers and partnership opportunities that are on brand and align with our core strategy

  • Be the main point of contact for all PR, social media influencer and other related inquiries

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop social media strategies that align with our vision and voice.

  • Strengthen social media outlets by staying on top of beauty trends and developing exciting and appealing content while attracting new and current customers to continue to follow our brand.

  • Develop articulate and eye-catching captions that are well written, on-brand, and consistent with company voice and tone.

  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging social media technologies. Research and report on competitor and industry leaders in social media.

  • Execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for new product launches

  • Maintain all reporting and key metrics for social media, PR and influencer engagement

  • Participate in frequent refresher training to always conduct correct moderating policies

  • Make suggestions for improving efficiency

  • Work a minimum of four shifts to build a returning customer rapport and keep up with new inventory and fulfillment processes

  • Implement sales and coupon blasts per Designer Manager's request online

  • Be mindful of what is considered in season and what is out of season

  • Provide extraordinary customer service by taking an interest in your customer and who they are and what they relate to via chat box, email and /or phone communications

  • Restocking products online and making sure all products are out at all times

  • Providing all necessary information in field boxes such as descriptions, sales, weight etc

  • Fulfilling online iron-on orders transfers and patches directly under the lead of Design Manager & CEO if exceeding weekly goals 

  • Trend watching for apparel quotes and font/design suggestions

  • Participating and preparing for marketing shoots

  • Attending special events and promoting events

  • Make suggestions for improving efficiency

  • Must wear Woke Brand merch or be styled in all black attire when on site

  • Send email and text blasts via square and wix

  • Follow up with abandoned carts via website

  • Communicate directly with Design Manager, Seamstress and Apparel Assistants within 24 hours of receiving online orders and immediate inventory discrepancies

  • Upload tracking numbers for all shipments and follow up on fulfillment statutes

  • Update sold out inventory using Square

  • Report all BA credits to CEO for payroll commission payout

Position Requirements:
  • Ability to Sale, Up Sale, and Suggest Sales

  • Be very fashion knowledgeable and aware of new arrivals, stock options and sold out merch

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for online presence and captions

  • Creative and well-organized at content creation

  • Collaborative team efforts to lead the online presence and manage inventory tracking

  • Strong attention to detail and customer needs or request

  • Must work a minimum of 4 scheduled shifts with a minimum of 2 check-ins in store

  • Upload all in store merchandise online with limited stock availability

  • Strong ability to multitasks and drive multiple online channels powered by The Woke Brand

  • Ability to work independently and lead the website sales

  • Ability to review and understand online analytics
