Key Responsibilities

• Shift Hours are 8 am -5 pm or 1 pm - 7:30 pm

• Open or close store at least 3 days per week Sun-Sat

• Create custom apparel on site under the designer's instructions

• Master efficient turn around times and responses based on schedule and current orders to generate sales

• Perform weekly in store tasks including cleaning, restocking and inventory management

• Lead store Seamstress/Tailor on sewing needed in a prioritized manner

• Learn custom clothing techniques including heat press, hand sewing and design layout

• Change mannequins, upload and manage online store products

• Social media posting, lives and management

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries using our company language and internal core values

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

• Explain store policies, design scopes and patch choices to customers

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise

• Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment in store and online

• Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems and store security checkpoints

• Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

• Create designs using paint, upcycled scraps, vinyl, patches and transfers

• Sale merchandise in store and using social media lives to customers

Position Requirements

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail and thorough communication

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

• Must be able to work in an independent retail space without store management

• Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers with balanced drawers

• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy store environment

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service

• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently preferably Square and Wix

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales goals naturally and untraditionally

• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs

• Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is advantageous

• Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries efficiently
