A design consultation with one of our designers is required to review your vision and project details. You’re welcome to bring in—or ship—your blank canvas for customization once your consultation is complete.
Our pricing is based on the level of customization and services selected:
À la carte designs: Pricing is determined by the patches you choose and how they’re applied.
Outside garments: A service fee applies when customers bring their own items. This fee is assessed after reviewing the garment and design request, as pricing depends on the skill and work required.
Designer freestyle (in-store): We offer three design tiers—one-sided, two-sided, or full front-and-back designs—across all design canvases.
This flexible pricing structure allows us to fairly price each project while delivering high-quality, custom work.

Online Order Processing: Online orders are processed Monday–Friday only. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Please note that orders placed outside of online business days will begin processing on the next business day.
Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program is currently available in-store only. Online promotions and in-store rewards operate through separate systems, which is why loyalty benefits cannot be applied to online purchases at this time.
Order Pickup
You will be notified by email and/or phone once your order or custom piece is complete. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of notification due to high fulfillment volume.
If you’re unable to pick up in person, shipping is available upon request.

Shipping & Processing Times
Boutique Ready-Made Orders: Typically ship the next business day.
Custom-Made Orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for customization. Once complete, orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and may take an additional 2–3 business days to arrive.
Orders with Both Boutique & Custom Items: If your order includes items from both shops, the entire order will ship once all custom items are completed.
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
If you select local pickup, please wait for a formal email or phone notification confirming your order is ready before arriving.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is custom made per order.
Please review all product descriptions and sizing details carefully before purchasing. Every t-shirt listing specifies whether it is unisex or women’s fitted. For women, fatigue-style items run approximately two sizes larger, and chest measurements (bra size guidance) are provided in the product descriptions to help ensure the best fit.

Yes, we do accept shipped-in items for customization. However, a design consultation is required before shipping. This allows us to confirm your design details, finalize pricing, and ensure we’re the right fit for your request. All custom orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

To give you the best experience, our online sales are tailored for our digital shoppers, while our in-store promotions are designed to make your visit special. Since these offers are crafted uniquely for each channel, online sales are only available online, and in-store promotions are exclusively in-store. Online Order Processing
All online orders require processing time. Custom orders are typically completed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends. You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for pickup.
Boutique items and patches are generally ready the same day or by the next business day, while custom designs require additional time to create.
