We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead brand growth across digital platforms, manage digital communications, and drive measurable sales performance. This role requires someone who understands retail urgency, content strategy, analytics, automation, customer service, and conversion-based marketing — not just aesthetics. The ideal candidate can think creatively and execute technically while aligning marketing efforts directly with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars

  • Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Google

  • Capture in-store content (behind-the-scenes, customs, customer interactions, product drops)

  • Oversee reels, short-form video, and storytelling campaigns

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

 
Customer Communication & Inbox Management
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across:

  • Wix website chat box

  • Facebook inbox

  • Instagram DMs

  • TikTok inbox

  • Etsy messages

  • Company email

  • Maintain strong response-time standards

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, customs, pricing, shipping, and promotions

  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital communications

 
Sales-Driven Campaigns
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (BOGO sales, product drops, seasonal pushes)

  • Strategize inventory-moving campaigns

  • Align marketing initiatives with in-store and online sales goals

  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategy accordingly

 
Website & SEO Oversight
  • Optimize product descriptions and collections for SEO

  • Improve backend website structure (Wix experience preferred)

  • Monitor abandoned carts and automation flows

  • Ensure links, product pages, and customer journey are seamless

 
Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track engagement, conversion rates, reach, and ROI

  • Identify top-performing content and scale it

  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics

  • Adjust posting days and times based on real-time data

 
Automation & Systems
  • Set up and manage chatbot flows

  • Build email and SMS marketing campaigns

  • Integrate automations across platforms

  • Maintain organized digital systems

 
Reputation & Platform Management
  • Monitor and respond to reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.)

  • Maintain brand voice in comments and DMs

  • Protect brand image across all digital spaces

Position Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and sales psychology

  • Skilled in Canva (or Adobe), short-form video editing, and content creation

  • Knowledge of SEO, backend website optimization, and automation tools

  • Familiar with Facebook Business Suite, TikTok analytics, Instagram insights, Wix, Etsy, and Google tools

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • Able to balance creativity with data-driven decisions

  • Comfortable working both independently and in-store when needed
