How do I place a custom order?

If you’re looking for a custom item not shown online, please contact us directly at 314-448-0500 or visit our Galleria Mall location during store hours (Mon–Sat 10AM–7PM CST, Sun 11AM–6PM CST).
A design consultation with one of our designers is required to review your vision and project details. You’re welcome to bring in—or ship—your blank canvas for customization once your consultation is complete.

How is my price determined?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is based on the level of customization and services selected:
À la carte designs: Pricing is determined by the patches you choose and how they’re applied.
Outside garments: A service fee applies when customers bring their own items. This fee is assessed after reviewing the garment and design request, as pricing depends on the skill and work required.
Designer freestyle (in-store): We offer three design tiers—one-sided, two-sided, or full front-and-back designs—across all design canvases.
This flexible pricing structure allows us to fairly price each project while delivering high-quality, custom work.

What are your business hours?

Galleria Mall Location:
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Online Order Processing:
Online orders are processed Monday–Friday only. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Please note that orders placed outside of online business days will begin processing on the next business day.

Will I earn loyalty points for my purchases online as I do in-store?

Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program is currently available in-store only. Online promotions and in-store rewards operate through separate systems, which is why loyalty benefits cannot be applied to online purchases at this time.

Can I pick up my order if I'm local?

Accepted Answer

Order Pickup
You will be notified by email and/or phone once your order or custom piece is complete. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of notification due to high fulfillment volume.
If you’re unable to pick up in person, shipping is available upon request.
All orders are picked up from our main location at the St. Louis Galleria Mall:

Question 6

How long does it take for your order to ship and arrive?

Accepted Answer

Ready-made boutique items usually ship the next business day. Custom orders take 5–7 business days to complete before shipping. After that, they ship via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in 2–3 business days. If your order includes both ready-made and custom items, we ship the full order once the custom items are finished. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

How do I make a return?

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is custom made per order.
Please review all product descriptions and sizing details carefully before purchasing. Every t-shirt listing specifies whether it is unisex or women’s fitted. For women, fatigue-style items run approximately two sizes larger, and chest measurements (bra size guidance) are provided in the product descriptions to help ensure the best fit.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Can I ship an item for customization?

Yes, we do accept shipped-in items for customization. However, a design consultation is required before shipping. This allows us to confirm your design details, finalize pricing, and ensure we’re the right fit for your request. All custom orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Are online sales honored in store?

We love offering special deals both online and in-store! To give you the best experience, our online sales are tailored for our digital shoppers, while our in-store promotions are designed to make your visit special. Since these offers are crafted uniquely for each channel, online sales are only available online, and in-store promotions are exclusively in-store. This way, we can offer the best deals for each shopping experience!

Can I make a purchase online and pick up the same day in store?

Online Order Processing
All online orders require processing time. Custom orders are typically completed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends. You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for pickup.
Boutique items and patches are generally ready the same day or by the next business day, while custom designs require additional time to create.
